Schuyler Ridge provides Spiritual Care Services in response to resident needs made evident through self-expression, spiritual assessments, referral, initial visit and the PRESENCE group. Spiritual Care provides spiritual, emotional, and social needs for prayer, counseling, crisis ministry, sacramental ministry and worship experience. The Chaplain responds to the needs for networking/referrals, education/support groups and consultation.

Additional volunteer ministers from different religious perspectives also participate in Spiritual Care. The Chaplain and volunteer ministers are committed to the Core Values of Ascension Health: Creativity, Integrity, Reverence, Service for the Poor, and Wisdom.
