The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assesment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Also, directs and guides resident and family teaching and the activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Demonstrates commitment to customer satisfaction through Total Quality Management.
