For those interested in working a Per Diem schedule you will receive a base rate of pay determined by your years of experience as well as a 15% differential for being per diem status. On top of this you will receive the shift differentials as described above.
If you are interested in our every weekend "super" rate schedule where you are required to commit to 2 shifts each weekend for a higher hourly rate you will receive $20.00 or more for this part time position.

The Practical Nurse functions as an integral part of the nursing team accepting direction from the Nurse Managers. He/She performs nursing procedures, administers medication and is the supervisor on shift. Also, directs and guides resident and family teaching and the activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction through Total Quality Management.
